Further, he has acquired an expertise in the specific areas of Intellectual Property, Computer Contracts, Joint Ventures, Corporate Law and acting as the Company Secretary to a number of ASX listed companies.


Outside the Firm, Michael is a former President of Melbourne Rowing Club and served in the Army Reserve achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and the command of 2 major Units in the Melbourne Area.

Stephanie is a Senior Paralegal and has a wide breadth of experience in all aspects of law, with a particular interest in property and estates.

 

Stephanie has nearly completed her law degree and has over 10 years high-level experience with a number of large national law firms as well as boutique specialist practices, of which included managing and mentoring teams, and assisting senior practitioners with complex matters.

 

At R&G she also assists senior lawyers with complex estate administration files, large scale property developments, joint venture projects, business/corporate re-structures and attendant stamp duty issues.

 

Clients value her knowledge, patience, professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail. In turn she values this client experience ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.

 

Outside of work Stephanie enjoys time with family and friends, studying, water sports and her social women’s soccer team.
